Details: I am looking to trade my 1987 Porsche 924s for a reliable truck (Chevy preferred) and if you have a trailer for hauling that could sweeten the deal. I need to haul my butt to California and maybe back.I started doing a restore so that I could someday have a nice investment in a sweet classic sports car, but now I´m moving and everything is put on hold.It has the 2.5L engine in the front and the automatic transmission in the rear. Torsion bar rear suspension, 4 wheel independent suspension, 4 wheels disc brakes.The car has so much new , rack and pinion, water pump, timing and balancer belts, new tires, Wagner brakes, head work done 3 years ago, sweet Grant steering wheel as well as the factory original wheel. The sound system is a Sony 10 disc CD changer, Polk speakers, Sony deck.The rims are now flat black with silver medallions but can be stripped to the magnesium and repainted in an afternoon.The interior is nice for a car of this age.The car still needs a touch of tlc and whatever else you want to do in the restore of it but nothing major.Asking price is 4000.00 or trade for truck. Details: I´m looking to sell a 1984 Porsche 944. It is Porsche brown and 5 speed manual. It has 53k original miles and runs/drives like it. The tires are about 85-90%. The exterior is almost mint with about 2 small dents/dings. The interior could use some cleaning but would seem perfect with the exception of ripping seams on the front seats and a couple very small dashboard cracks. It comes with Porsche seat covers (not the ones shown in the pictures) and possibly some more accessories. Its clutch feels very nice and I thoroughly enjoy how it shifts. It has an updated stereo but comes with the original. People admire this car quite a bit. It is very reliable. Price negotiable to an extent.
