Details: This is a one owner car. I drove it off the showroom floor in 1986 and I´m finally willing to sell it. It runs great. I´ve always used synthetic oil in it and the engine just purs. It´s a bit rough cosmetically - mostly inside with some ripped seat (have seat covers) and, cracked leather. The air does not work. The hatch needs to be re-aligned to pop open on it´s own. Radio is old and doesn´t work too well. But the car still looks good (I had the roof and hood painted a couple of years ago) and runs great. It´s got about 340,000 miles on it (the odometer broke at 322,000) but they have been easy miles and with the synthetic oil the engine is still in top shape.I really do hate to let this car go. You just don´t see any of these on Maui. You can drive this car around for years to come with no issues. Or, you can put some time and money into it and do a complete restore and have a collector´s item. The entire chassis was gone over and updated for the 964 model as well. New suspensions designed to quell some of the ´Rear Happiness´ of earlier 911´s and the jewel of the car is the 3.3 liter (up from 3.0 liter) 330 horsepower engine. This car is able to run from zero to sixty in just over 5 seconds. Supercar territory now but unheard of back in 1991 when this car first came out. In fact, a car of this chassis design holds the Car and Driver top speed award with Ruf modifications; a record that still holds today. This particular car is stock, unmodified and in perfect condition. In fact it just received the 60,000 mile service at a Porsche shop when it had 40,000 miles on it. It sits on brand new O.Z.
