A ´77 that has the European engine and a ´78 that has being robbed of sheet metal fenders and rear window glass hatch.The former was my runner and has no AC but plenty of oomf! It has a lot of rust and a badly repaired rear hatch after an bit of a knock. So the hatch was real pain to close or open due to the reasr panel being a fraction of an inch too close forward. I will only say you may want to replace the exhaust as I suspect this is causing the car to not start. It coughs but won´t ignite. Must be restored. Wind up windows. I brought it with me from Gerrmany 30 years ago. I stopped using it many years ago. To be honest it was more fun to drive than my American spec 944s as it weighs only 2000lbs. Details: 1987 Porsche 924s 2.5 non-turbo with a hard to find automatic transmission. The car only has 97k original miles. It runs and drives great. It has ice cold A/C and a new pioneer cd player. Everything still works including the power windows and power mirror. The original paint still shines nice. The body is in good shape and only has one spot of rust. The power sun roof still works and has NO LEAKS. You can also take it completely off and store it in the hatch to get the feel of a convertible. The original storage bag for the sun roof is included. The interior is like brand new. This is a very nice and well kept older Porsche that still looks and runs great.
