Details: I am selling a used 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S. It is a 1988 mid year model. It is red with black leather interior.I keep getting emails from people about Turbo S are only Silver Rose. Please check your info, the first run of 1988 Turbo S were ALL silver rose and of that roughly 1000 units, in the 700 plus range were shipped to the USA. All of which sold quickly, which caused Porsche to make more Turbo S models all mainly going to the USA. Those came in mainly three colors, black, Red, and white. White is the rarest of all 1988 Turbo S models with black and red next. the second run of units was just over the 600 range. The people at Porsche couldnt give me the exact number of red units. The mid year models came with features the Silver Rose didn´t get like Leather seats. The following article gives lots of info about the Turbo S model.http://944turbo.net/?page_id=54I had around $10,000-$12000 put into the car in work to get it back to original driving condition for engine power around the mid-2000 to late 2000´s. It has currently 67,390 miles on the current odometer, but I had the odometer replaced once around 2001. I have the original odometer as well. The current reading on the broken odometer is 207,828 miles. That is a total of 275,218 miles with both odometers.I have replaced the stereo with an after market Sony stereo, but I also have the original stereo as well.I have the original Porsche car cover in Silver which was purchased separately, and I have the original Porsche car bra in black also purchased separately. All of the work done on this car while I owned it was done by Eurocar-Werks in Houston. All of the records can be looked at from Eurocar-Werks. The main thing which needs to get fixed is the electrical harness. The car interior is in good condition for its age. This was my main car from when I purchased it used in 1989-90 until 2000. I drove the car minimal over the last 6-7 years. But the car runs great and is VERY FAST.For those who don´t know, this car only lasted two years as the Turbo S. Lots of articles had it clocked slightly faster then the 911 Porsche of the same year. The spec sheet I found has the 0-60 in 5.5 secs. Details: I am selling a used 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo S. It is a 1988 mid year model. It is red with black leather interior.I keep getting emails from people about Turbo S are only Silver Rose. Please check your info, the first run of 1988 Turbo S were ALL silver rose and of that roughly 1000 units, in the 700 plus range were shipped to the USA. All of which sold quickly, which caused Porsche to make more Turbo S models all mainly going to the USA. Those came in mainly three colors, black, Red, and white. White is the rarest of all 1988 Turbo S models with black and red next. the second run of units was just over the 600 range. The people at Porsche couldnt give me the exact number of red units. The mid year models came with features the Silver Rose didn´t get like Leather seats. The following article gives lots of info about the Turbo S model.http://944turbo.net/?page_id=54I had around $10,000-$12000 put into the car in work to get it back to original driving condition for engine power around the mid-2000 to late 2000´s. It has currently 67,390 miles on the current odometer, but I had the odometer replaced once around 2001. I have the original odometer as well. The current reading on the broken odometer is 207,828 miles. That is a total of 275,218 miles with both odometers.I have replaced the stereo with an after market Sony stereo, but I also have the original stereo as well.I have the original Porsche car cover in Silver which was purchased separately, and I have the original Porsche car bra in black also purchased separately. All of the work done on this car while I owned it was done by Eurocar-Werks in Houston. All of the records can be looked at from Eurocar-Werks. The main thing which needs to get fixed is the electrical harness. The car interior is in good condition for its age. This was my main car from when I purchased it used in 1989-90 until 2000. I drove the car minimal over the last 6-7 years. But the car runs great and is VERY FAST.For those who don´t know, this car only lasted two years as the Turbo S. Lots of articles had it clocked slightly faster then the 911 Porsche of the same year. The spec sheet I found has the 0-60 in 5.5 secs.
