Details: 99 Porsce Boxster - CAR HAS BEEN WRECKEDI do NOT have a title. Even after accident, car ran & drove just fine. I bought it with planns to turn it into a track car. I have sold a few parts off of the car but to run it basically needs to just be put back together. I sold the origional engine, but have another (that needs rebuilt) to include with car.Car has 91k on it, spare engine only has 61k, Also from 99 model. No idea what is wrong with it, spins 3/4 round both directions.In doing research if I had to make a guess I would say it droped a sleve. a few of the welds where the front pumper mounts are cracked, but nothing frame wise seems to be bent. I drove this car about 30 miles when I bought it, everything seemed to run true and straight. Top is in good shape except window needs stitched back in. Both airbags deployed, and car sat outside for a while so leather&carpet needs a very through cleaning. Car has good 5spd tranny & many other very useable parts included. Wheels are in good shape, all body pannels there are in good shapeI´d strongly sugest coming to look at it just to be safe. Would be a great project car to fix up or race. I can trailer car to you for reasonable distance/price.I am open to all offers (Cash!!)- Im moving and cant take it with me, I have no place to keep it/work on it. Make a cash offer!!! Details: Has lots of new parts but, needs work. New starter, fuel pump, ballast resistor, fuel-distributer inlet union, overhead oil rail, new gaskets(top end), head shaved 60 thousandths, new valve seals, 3 angle valve job, new head bolts, timing belt, sparkplugs, and wires. Black Leather Seats, Removable Top. Will run, but misses under a load. I haven´t started it in a while. I think with a new fuel distributor and distributor it will run good. The shaft in the fuel distributor sticks causing flooding, and the electronic distributor itself has 2 different size springs attached the the weights. I have heard that you can secure the weights so that they don´t move and it will work just fine. I have not tried. You also may be able to work with the fuel disributor and get the shaft to not stick. This Porsche was given to me by my father and shipped from California. I would not be selling, but i have other projects that i need to work on. She needs a good home. It´s an ´86 so it does have a couple issues, but nothing too major as it is my daily driver. The good:Upper 20´s in gas mileage.Newer black paint job.Leather seats.New fuel relay.New rear deck struts.Several new vacuum lines. The bad:The sunroof doesn´t operate properly, but I think that´s just a switch problem.
